Digital artwork is made available after payment confirmation. Because access may begin immediately, refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and applicable rights. Contact ROUND ZERO ART with the order reference and a clear description of the issue.

If a digital payment is refunded or reversed, access to the associated files ends. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For physical editions, contact ROUND ZERO ART with the order reference and relevant condition or delivery details. For Partner Picks purchased from another store, that store's return and refund policy applies.
